1.Prepare the Final Camera-Ready Manuscript
Authors of accepted papers must prepare and submit the final revised manuscript in accordance with the NPSC 2026 author guidelines. All reviewer comments and required corrections should be incorporated carefully into the camera-ready manuscript.
- The manuscript must follow the official IEEE conference paper format. (IEEE conference templates: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates )
- The final paper must not exceed 6 pages, including references.
- Authors should carefully proofread the title, author names, affiliations, email addresses, equations, figures, tables, captions, references and acknowledgements before final submission.
Final manuscript must be named as PIDXXX (where XXX is your paper ID)
(for example for paper ID 123 name of the manuscript should be PID123)
2. Originality, Similarity and Publication Compliance
The camera-ready manuscript must represent original scholarly work and comply with IEEE publication requirements.
- The paper must not be simultaneously under review by another conference or journal while it is under consideration by NPSC 2026.
- Please ensure that plagiarism of your manuscript is less than 30% before submitting the camera-ready paper to confirm inclusion in IEEE Xplore. (Papers with plagiarism above 30% will not be forwarded for )
3. Author Registration and Presentation Requirement
- At least one Full Author Registration is required for inclusion of the paper(s) in the conference programme and IEEE proceedings.
- One Full Author Registration may cover up to two papers (Not valid for Student registration category).
- In student registration category only one paper can be presented.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- A paper may be excluded from IEEE Xplore if none of its authors attends the conference and presents the paper, in accordance with IEEE requirements.
4. IEEE Copyright Notice on the First Page
The final manuscript required to carry the IEEE copyright notice at the bottom of the first page. Authors must use only the copyright code officially communicated for NPSC 2026.

5. Validate the Final PDF Using IEEE PDF eXpress
- PDF eXpress Check: After preparing the final revised manuscript, submit your manuscript to PDF eXpress using Conference ID (69087X). Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TMsite through the following link IEEE PDF express.
- For First-Time users should do the Following:
- Select the New Users – Click Here link
- Enter the following:
- 69087X for the Conference ID
- Your email ID
- A password
- Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
6. Upload the Camera-Ready Paper
Once the manuscript has been revised, checked for IEEE PDF compliance, and all required author formalities have been completed, the final camera-ready file should be submitted through the NPSC 2026 Microsoft CMT portal.

- Upload the final IEEE-compliant PDF against the correct Paper ID.
- Ensure that the information entered in CMT matches the information appearing in the final manuscript.
7. IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF)
Completion of the IEEE electronic Copyright Form is normally required for papers intended for IEEE Xplore.
- Log in to the NPSC 2026 Microsoft CMT author portal.
- Open the accepted paper record and access the IEEE Copyright/eCF option.
- Follow the instructions on the IEEE electronic Copyright Form portal and complete the copyright transfer. https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/docs/help/author/camera-ready-submission.html
8. Final Author Checklist
- The IEEE conference template has been followed.
- All reviewer comments have been addressed.
- Paper length is within the permitted maximum of 6 pages, including references.
- Title, authors, affiliations and email addresses are correct.
- Similarity/originality has been checked and it’s below 30 %.
- The correct NPSC 2026 IEEE copyright notice has been inserted.
- The PDF has successfully passed IEEE PDF eXpress using Conference ID 69087X.
- IEEE eCF/copyright formalities have been completed when enabled.
- The final PDF has been uploaded to the correct paper record in Microsoft CMT.
